Definitions and Explanations for Location and Questionnaire Settings

Test Location

Result Retention Policies: Time for which an assessment is valid. Screening a user with a valid assessment will prompt a confirmation pop-up, giving the option to the screener to Confirm the results from the original assessment or to re-assess.

Self-Assessment Reporting

  • Button 1
    • Toggled On: Only passed assessments collected by screeners will be recorded and included in the reports.
    • Toggled Off: Every passed assessment (self-assessments and assessments collected by screeners) will be recorded and included in the reports.
  • Button 2
    • Toggled On: Only failed assessments collected by screeners will be recorded and included in the reports.
    • Toggled Off: Every failed assessments (self-assessments and assessments collected by screeners) will be recorded and included in the reports.

Edit Questionnaire

Scan Identification

Scan Identification is the portion of the questionnaire on the screening device where the self-assessor is identified either by scanning their QR code or by inputting their information manually. This section doesn’t appear in self-assessments as users are already identified via authentication.

CrowdBlink Protect Scan Identification Settings

  • Button 1
    • Toggled On: The Scan Identification page will be enabled by default when using the app as a screener.
    • Toggled Off: The Scan Identification page will be disabled by default when using the app as a screener.
  • Button 2
    • Toggled On/Off: **If Scan Identification is enabled it is by default required. Even when set to optional, it is still required to input an ID to proceed to the next screen.**
  • Button 3
    • Toggled On: Exit scans will be available for Screeners (Out button). Note: the Out button will create a record with the user information and a timestamp - No temperature or questionnaire answers.
    • Toggled Off: Exit scans won’t be available for Screeners.
  • Button 4
    • Toggled On: Personal information fields can be used instead of the ID text box. Additional custom fields can be added.
    • Toggled Off: Personal information fields aren’t available for screeners.

Temperature Check

Temperature check allows to input a temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit that will be added to the reports. The administrator can set the threshold for temperature to determine a passed or failed assessment.

  • Button 1
    • Toggled On: The Temperature Check page will be enabled by default when using the app as a screener.
    • Toggled Off: The Temperature Check page will be disabled by default when using the app as a screener.
  • Button 2
    • Toggled On/Off: **If Temperature Check is enabled it is by default required. Even when set to optional, it is still required to input an ID to proceed to the next screen.**
  • Button 3
    • Toggled On: Temperature check will be available for Screener devices only. 
    • Toggled Off: Temperature check will be available in both Self-assessment and assessments collected by screeners.

Symptom Questionnaire

The Symptom Questionnaire contains multiple Yes/No questions. For each question, the administrator can define a Pass answer. Failing to answer the question correctly will trigger a failed assessment.

CrowdBlink Protect - Symptom Questionnaire Settings

  • Button 1
    • Toggled On: The Symptom Questionnaire page will be enabled by default when using the app as a screener.
    • Toggled Off: The Symptom Questionnaire page will be disabled by default when using the app as a screener.
  • Button 2
    • Toggled On/Off: **If Symptom Questionnaire is enabled it is by default required. Even when set to optional, it is still required to input an ID to proceed to the next screen.**
  • Button 3
    • Toggled On: A Pass to All button will be available in both Self-assessment and assessment collected by screeners to correctly answer all questions.
    • Toggled Off: The Pass to All button isn’t available and each question must be answered individually.
  • Button 4
    • Toggled On: The Symptom Questionnaire is available only in assessments collected by a screener device.
    • Toggled Off: The Symptom Questionnaire is available in both Self-assessment and assessment collected by a screener device.
